Ramadan and fasting verse 8

    1. Surah Baqarah, verse: 183

(183) 

O believers! Fasting is enjoined upon you, as it was enjoined upon those before you, that you may be righteous.

2. Surah Baqarah, verse: 184

          اَيَّامًا مَّ عيَّامٍ وَدٰتٍؕ فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَّرِيضًا اَوْ عَلٰى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ اَيَّامٍ اُخَرَؕ وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُوْنَهٗ فِدّيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِ (184)

(Fasting) for a specified number of days, then the afflicted or the traveler among you will make up this number at other times, and the duty upon the weak is to pay fidiya, that is to give food to a poor person, and for him who is willing to do good at his own pleasure. Better and fasting in that state is better for you, if you understand.

3. Surah Baqarah, verse: 185

شَهۡرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِىۡٓ اُنۡزِلَ فِيۡهِ الۡقُرۡاٰنُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَ بَيِّنٰتٍ مِّنَ الۡهُدٰى وَالۡفُرۡقَانِۚ فَمَنۡ شَهِدَ مِنۡكُمُ الشَّهۡرَ فَلۡيَـصُمۡهُ ؕ وَمَنۡ کَانَ مَرِيۡضًا اَوۡ عَلٰى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنۡ اَيَّامٍ اُخَرَؕ يُرِيۡدُ اللّٰهُ بِکُمُ الۡيُسۡرَ وَلَا يُرِيۡدُ بِکُمُ الۡعُسۡرَ وَلِتُکۡمِلُوا الۡعِدَّةَ وَلِتُکَبِّرُوا اللّٰهَ عَلٰى مَا هَدٰٮكُمۡ وَلَعَلَّکُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ‏  ( ١٨٥

The month of Ramadan - in which the Qur'an was sent down as a guide and a clear description of guidance for people and as a discriminator between truth and falsehood, so whoever among you finds this month, let him fast in this month, and whoever is afflicted or on a journey, let him fast at other times. will fulfill, Allah desires for you what is easy, and does not desire for you what is difficult, that you may fulfill the term, and that you may glorify God for guiding you, and that you may express gratitude.

4. Surah Baqarah, verse: 187

اُحِلَّ لَـكُمْ لَيۡلَةَ الصِّيَامِ الرَّفَثُ اِلٰى نِسَآٮِٕكُمْؕ هُنَّ لِبَاسٌ لَّـكُمْ وَاَنْتُمْ لِبَاسٌ لَّهُنّ َ اَنحرفُسَكُمْ فَتَابَ عَلَ وَعَفَا عَنكُمْۚ فَالۡـــٔنَ بَاشِرُوۡهُنَّ وَابتَغُوۡا مَا كتَبَ اللُّّ لَـكُمْ وَكُلُوۡا وَاشۡرَبُوۡا حَتّّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَـكُ مُ الۡخَـيْطُ الۡاَبْيَضُ مِنَ الۡخَـيْطِ الۡاَسْوَدِ مِنَ الحرفَْرِ​​ؕ ثُمَّ اَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ اِلَى الَّيۡلِ​​ۚ وَلَا تُبَاشِرُوۡهُنَّ وَاَنـتُمْ عٰكِفُوْنَ فِى الۡمَسٰجِدِؕ تِلےكَ حُدُوۡدُ اللّٰهِ فَلَا تَقَرَبُوۡهَا ؕ كَذلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللُّّّ اٰيٰتِهٖ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُوۡنَ‏ ( 187

Duration of fasting: Allah has told us in the Qur'an how long to fast. It has been said,  ' Intercourse with wives has been made lawful for you during the night of fasting. They are your clothes and you are their clothes. Allah knows that you were wronging yourselves. Then He became forgiving to you and forgave you your sins. So now join them and desire what Allah has ordained for you. And eat and drink until the white line of the dawn appears to you clearly from the black line of the night. Then fast till Nishagam. Do not associate with them while you are in Itikafrat in the mosque. These are the limits of Allah. So don't go near them. Thus Allah makes His signs clear to mankind, so that they may fear Allah.

5. Surah Baqarah, verse: 196

 Requirement of Fasting Hajj-Umrah:

and ِ مۡرَةِ اِلَى الۡحَجِّ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الۡهَدقىِ​​ۚ فَمَنْ لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلٰثَةِ اَيَّامٍ فِى الۡحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ اِذَا رَجَعْتُمْؕ تِلۡكَ عَشَرَةٌ كَامِلَةٌ ؕ ذٰ لِكَ لِمَنْ لَّمْ يَكُنْ اَهۡلُهٗ حَاضِرِ ىۡ الۡمَسْجِدِ الۡحَـرَامِ​​ؕ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ وَا الحقَمُوۡٓا اَنَّ اللّٰهَ شَدِيّدُ الۡعِقَابِ (‏ 196)

Complete the Hajj and the 'Umrah for the sake of Allah, but if you are hindered, sacrifice whatever you can, and do not shave your heads until the sacrifice reaches its proper place, but whoever among you is afflicted or has a headache, let him redeem it by fasting or charity or sacrifice. And when you are secure, then whoever wishes to combine Umrah with Hajj, let him sacrifice as much as he can, and whoever cannot, then fast three days between the days of Hajj and seven days after returning home, making a total of ten days. . It is for the person whose family members are not residents of Masjid Haram. Fear Allah and know that Allah is severe in punishment.

6. Surah Nisa, verse: 92

Remedy for killing by forgetting fasting:

and َهۡلِهٖۤ اِلَّاۤ اَنْ يَّصَّدَّقُوۡa​​ ؕ فَاِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ عَدُوٍّ لَّـكُمْ وَهُوَ مُمِنٌ فَتَرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ مُّيسُنَةٍ​​ َبَينَهُمۡ مِّـثَاقٌ فَدِيَةٌ مُّسَلَّمَةٌ اِلٰى اَهۡلِهٖ وَ تَۡرِ يورُ رَقَبَةٍ مُّيسِنَةٍ ۚ فَمَنَ لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ شَهْرَينِ مُتَتَابِعَينِ تَوْبَةً مِّنَ اللّٰهِ​​ ؕ وَكَانَ اللّّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا‏ 92

It is not the duty of a believer to kill a believer but it may be by mistake, if someone kills a believer by mistake, it is the duty of a believer to free a slave or give blood to his family members, unless they forgive him. If he is of your enemy and a believer, then a believing slave must be freed, and if he is from a tribe with whom you have a treaty, then his family must be sacrificed and a believing slave freed, and A person who is not compatible will fast for two consecutive months. This is the system of repenting to Allah, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Knowing.

7. Surah Mayida, verse: 89

Remedy for breaking the fasting oath:

لَا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللّٰهُ بِاللَّغوِ فِىۡۤ اَيمَانِكُمْ وَلٰـكِن يُّؤَاخِذُكُمُ بِمَا عَقَّدْتُّمُ الۡاَيْمَانَ ۚ فَكَفَارَتُهٗۤ اِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسكٰينَ m ِنْ اَوْسَطِ مَا تُط١عِمُوْنَ اَهۡلِ عَلَّيَّةُمْ اَوْ كِسْوَتُهُمْ اَوْ تَرِ يَرُ رَقَبَةٍ​​ ؕ فَمَنْ لَّمْ يَجِد فَصِيَامُ ثَلٰثَةِ اَيَّامٍ​​ ذٰ لِكَ كَفَّارَةُ اَيَمَان The يُبَيِّنُ اللّٰهُ لَـكُمْ اٰيٰتِهٖ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ‏ ٨٩

If one breaks the oath, one can fast as a remedy. Allah says,  ' Allah will not hold you responsible for your vain oaths, but He will hold you responsible for the oaths you take intentionally. Then its expiation is 10 giving moderate food to the poor, which you feed your relatives, or giving them clothes or freeing a slave and fasting for three days for those who cannot afford it. If you swear, this is the expiation of your oath, you keep your oath. Thus Allah describes His signs for you in detail. May you give thanks.

8. Surah Mujadala, Verses 3-4

Zihar is to compare the wife with one's mother. It is a crime in the eyes of Islam. This crime is absolved by fasting. It has been suggested that

وَالَّذِينَ يُظٰهِرُوۡنَ مِنْ نِّسَآٮِٕهِمۡ ثُمَّ يَعُوۡدُوۡنَ لِمَا قَالُوۡا فَتَۡرِ Yirrُ رَقَبَةٍ مِّنْ قَبْلِ اَنْ يَّتَمَآسَّا​​ ٰؕ لِكُمْ تُوۡعَظُوۡنَ بِهٖ​​ ؕ وَاللّٰهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ خَبِ يورٌ‏( ٣

' You are admonished by those who swear to their wives and later retract their statement, but free a slave before touching each other. Allah is aware of what you do

فَمَنْ لَّمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ شَهۡرَينِ مُتَتَابِعَينِ مُتَتَابِعَينِ مُتَتَابِعَينِ مُتَتَابِعَينِ مُنْ قَبْلِ اَنْ يَّتَمَآسَّاؕ فَمَنْ لَّمْ يَسِطِعع فَاِطْعَامُ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًاؕ ذلِكَ لِتُزامِنُوۡا بِ Allah

 But whoever does not have this ability, before touching each other, he must fast for two consecutive months; He who is unable to do so will feed 60 needy people. This is so that you may believe in Allah and His Messenger. These are the decrees of Allah; For the disbelievers is a grievous punishment.
